KYLE HARNISH, PARTNER

Kyle began his journey in the trades at just 15, working as a laborer for a local roofing company. Kyle’s built a career rooted in hands-on work across a wide range of industries—including roofing, landscaping, carpentry, hospitality and construction. No matter the job, Kyle has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, deep respect for others, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Kyle has always led by example, in 2011, he launched his first construction company from the back of his van, growing it into a $10 million enterprise over the next decade. Kyle has built some of the finest homes in the South Shore and takes great pride in shaping the skyline of his own community. Today, Kyle’s primary focus is turning HP homes into Boston’s premier real estate development and management firm.

Kyle received his bachelors of science degree in business from Providence College and is a Licensed General Contractor and Real Estate professional in Massachusetts. He currently resides in the South Shore with his wife and son.

BRIAN PASQUANTONIO, PARTNER

Brian has been in the sandbox operating heavy machinery since grade school. Taught early on by his beloved father Don, Brian learned all the ins and outs in site work, excavation, road and utility connections and civil infrastructure. Brian takes great pride in managing a clean and safe site alongside his 3 sons, Josh, Sam and Ben.

Brian has built several successful family business including Towne Tree and Landscaping and TTL Equipment. A true family man and charitable contributor to his community, Brian has built a reputation of being the man to rely on for all things excavation, site development and landscaping.

Brian resides on the south shore and can be found daily teaching his kids and grandkids the family business.
